Babilla is proud to have an excellent customer service department. All communications via our contact forms or via e-mail are replied within minutes if the communication was sent within our working hours. If speaking with a representative is your preferred choice we also have our toll free and local lines available for you. Below you will find our different contact e-mails and customer phone lines.

Working hours:

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST; Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM EST. We don't close on holidays.
