Yes, we are happy to accept returns for exchanges or full refunds.
Yes, Babilla will only exchange or refund a customer if items are returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code: Send an e-mail to returns@babilla.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. Complete the return form provided at the bottom of the "RETURNS & REFUNDS" page and write the Return Authorization Code in the appropriate field. Print and enclose the form with your package.
2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
NOTE: Do not write Babilla, jewelry, or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft.
3. Insurance: Please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached Babilla. Babilla is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

Our Returns Department will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately ten business days to process upon receipt of the item.
Babilla will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. If an order shipped is defective, then Babilla will only reimburse shipping and handling up to a max of $24.
A. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Babilla within a month of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or repair.
B. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Babilla), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
C. Custom orders, such as orders with engravings or special finger sizes cannot be accepted back for a return (refund, exchange or repair).
E. Badly packed or uninsured items will not be accepted.
