Shipping Policy

To ensure an excellent service Babilla only ships using a 2-Day (for US customers) delivery service by FedEx. We ship to all destinations worldwide using the FedEx International Priority service (3-4 Day delivery). All orders are insured up to its full value. Babilla processes each order within 24 hours of time of placement.  To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

Babilla is offering complementary shipping on all orders over $250. Applies to international orders as well. Babilla reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

The following rates apply for orders of up to 3 items. For a more precise information on rates for different destinations and order size please verify your shipping charges when checking out.

NOTE

Be advised, we do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs (outside the USA) for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Babilla. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Babilla will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Jewelry', with full value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Babilla being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
